Return & Refund Policy

At VexoCard, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Custom NFC Products

• All customized or programmed NFC products are non-refundable unless defective.

• Once the NFC chip is programmed with customer data, the item cannot be returned for change of mind.

2. Non-Custom Products

• Items that are not programmed may be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Defective Items

If a product is defective:

• Customer must report within 48 hours.

• Clear photo/video proof is required.

• Replacement will be arranged after inspection.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds (if approved) are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
